Quality Management

It is the policy of ABU Consult Berlin to achieve the highest standards of quality. To achieve this goal the company has implemented a corporate wide quality system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, which addresses all aspects of the organisation.

Recognised by more than 150 countries, the ISO 9001:2008 standard places more emphasis on customer satisfaction, management responsibility, continual improvement, and organisational performance measurement than the previous ISO 9001 standard.

What is ISO 9001:2008?

ISO, the International Standards Organization, is a network of the national standards institutes of 157 countries, with a Central Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland, that coordinates the system.

The ISO 9000 family of standards is concerned with "quality management" and what a particular organisation does to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements and to continually improve its performance in this regard.

By becoming certified in the ISO 9001:2008 standard, ABU Consult Berlin has met the requirements for a quality management system that demonstrates the ability to consistently provide services that meet the customer requirements as well as the applicable regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction.
