Description and Deliverables

The objective of the framework contract is to provide high quality experts to conduct quality assurance, planning, monitoring and evaluation services of ETF activities in the education and training and related sectors. The services may be implemented at a project, thematic or country level and may be conducted in ETF offices in Turin or at a country, regional or cross-regional level and may require country specific experience or knowledge.

The expected results are:

Analysis of the impact of ETF projects and activities implemented and the added value
Improved design of ETF projects and activities by strengthening ETF’s ability to draw on lessons learned of past and ongoing interventions for future planning and programming
Improved planning and quality assurance methods and systems
Increased ETF expertise and knowledge of quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation and impact assessment in the Foundation’s field of work

Vocational education and training system development and provision in a lifelong learning perspective
Labour market needs and employability
Enterprises and human capital development: Education and Business partnerships
