Description and Deliverables

The project addresses the central problem of missing sufficient reference between the orientation of the VET system and the labour market at present.
Its main aim, "participants of vocational training and the active employment policy modulate their strategies for the increase of employability and transparency of employment opportunities", is reached by its adjustment on vocational qualification and on the use of instruments of the active employment policy.
The focal point lies on the component "increase of employability". The component "transparency of employment opportunities" has an additional aim and is supposed to secure the profit of an improved employability for the target groups of young people and young adults (in particular of girls and women).
