The project provides technical assistance to the education reform in Poland, in particular regarding the following areas:

Improvement of possibilities for teenager and young adults to find employment as employee or as independent entrepreneur
Institutional building: Development of a regional centre for vocational education and training,
Programme and curricula updating & development of new modules for selected fields of education
Capacity building: Improvement of the qualification of teaching and managing staff in the centre
Establishment of cooperation between labour administration, business and handicraft chambers and employers
Assistance to business start-up

Execution of analyses
Advice to the centre set up (organization, financing, capacity planning)
Provision of seminars for teachers, lecturers and managers
Executing advice for business start-up
Project management, reporting
Establishment of cooperation contacts for ensuring sustainability
Equipment needs analysis, Planning of equipment and provision of a procurement scheme
