Description and Deliverables

1. Internationalised Management System:

  • Reviewed current management system and practices and assess their suitability for internationalisation.
  • Conducted appropriate organisational development activities to furnish the necessary ground for the new management system.
  • Designed and installed the proposed management system as adapted to the company's profile, strategies and environment.
  • Carried out all necessary training and recruitment processes that were deemed necessary to support the system.

2. Training and Development:

  • Conducted a comprehensive training needs assessment of all customer contact employees in the company.
  • Designed and documented a training administration system accompanied by necessary recruitment and coaching.
  • Formulated a strategic training plan comprising the full range of essential world-class fast food training packages.

3. Effectiveness of Marketing Research:

  • Critically assessed and reviewed all current marketing practices from a sensitivity analysis perspective.
  • Evaluated and extrapolated present marketing budget determination and allocation.
  • Suggested a set of benchmarks for judging the effectiveness of the marketing function and rational rules for the determination and allocation of the marketing budget.
  • Trained and/or recruited necessary staff to enact above procedures.

Delivery of foreign expertise through short term expertise Implementation of the actions identified in the Business Plan. Among the activities executed can be mentioned:

  • Institutional development:: Design and implementation of improved organisational scheme and management system
  • Functional development: installation of the management system and relevant tools, including assessment of marketing practices and support to efficiency improvement of marketing function
  • Capacity building: needs assessment, design of a training plan, delivery of training and coaching of staff
