Description and Deliverables

Development of a programme strategy to improve the commercial-technical vocational education and training
Implementation of modern management methods, design of an organisational development plan, advice on the education management on governmental level.

Developing a concept for the vocational education system in co-operation with the Ministry of Education.

Education for gastronomy
Education for tourism

Review of the vocational education system
Collection of data and analysis of the organisational and management structure, education and working fields, qualifications and pre-conditions, financial services, potential capacities and requirements, development of the transition process
Preparation of labour market analysis and analysis of the requirements and availabilities, identification of training needs (regional oriented)
Planning and development of co-operative education measures
Development and adoption of curricula, teacher materials and teaching tools
Implementation of pilot projects in the commercial-technical vocational education
Co-operation between enterprises, employer'- and employee's association
Development and realisation of (self-) financing strategies for education centres
Qualification of teachers, training of the middle and higher management
Establishment of an institutional framework with the Ministry of Education to ensure modern standards in professional education, examination and certification
