Development of a programme strategy to improve the commercial-technical vocational education and training
Implementation of modern management methods, design of an
organisational development plan, advice on the education management on
governmental level.
Developing a concept for the vocational education system in co-operation with the Ministry of Education.
Pilot projects:
- Education for gastronomy
- Education for tourism
- Review of the vocational education system
- Collection of data and analysis of the organisational and management structure, education and working fields, qualifications and pre-conditions, financial services, potential capacities and requirements, development of the transition process
- Preparation of labour market analysis and analysis of the requirements and availabilities, identification of training needs (regional oriented)
- Planning and development of co-operative education measures
- Development and adoption of curricula, teacher materials and teaching tools
- Implementation of pilot projects in the commercial-technical vocational education
- Co-operation between enterprises, employer'- and employee's association
- Development and realisation of (self-) financing strategies for education centres
- Qualification of teachers, training of the middle and higher management
- Establishment of an institutional framework with the Ministry of Education to ensure modern standards in professional education, examination and certification
