Description and Deliverables

Support to establish a practice bank for education and training of national and international experts and managers, vocational education, re-training and adapted qualification (region Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan)
Development and realization of a (self-)financing strategy for the practice bank, elaboration of a marketing conception

Training centre Establishment

Elaboration of a technical plan for the establishment of the practice bank
Planning/specification of the technical equipment (tender formulation for hard and soft ware) and technical teaching material, procurement procedures, delivery, installation
Comprehensive training and further education measures for local experts and managers

Training centre sustainability

Development and realization of a (self-)financing strategy for the practice bank,
Elaboration of a marketing conception

Training programs

Curricula Development for bank training (further education and training of national and international experts and managers, vocational education, re-training and adapted qualification)
Training of Teachers
Development of adapted, modern teaching and training materials
Development and introduction of new training and further education methods

Executing part of the services described above, particularly implementation of the IT component:

Elaboration of a technical plan for the Banking Training Centre, planning of equipment, specification of the technical equipment (tender formulation for hard and soft ware) and technical teaching material, procurement, installation, delivery
final set up and pilot running of the Practice Bank as an institution,
network installation, adaptation of software, elaboration of database,
Training and further education measures for local experts and managers, management and IT training for teaching and support staff to run the Practice Bank
