Developing and providing 3 one week workshops on VET finance, VET management and teacher training in St.Petersburg for 50 participants of regional VET institutions

workshop planning and development, Designing in accordance to modern training methodology
Preparation of hand-outs for participants
Carrying out of the workshop in the areas of VET finance management, non-budgetary sources of financing, accounting in VET
Provision of 3 EU trainers and a local trainer
Project management and co-ordination, assessment of results, certification, analysis of outcomes
