Description and Deliverables
The project aimed at the vocational training of young people of German nationality resident in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
Assistance was focused on program development, training of professional local trainers and advice on training delivery, according to
international standards.
A full training cycle was implemented, including standard exam execution.
- Assistance of training planning related to on-site conditions, provision of planning tools and modules
- Advisory of training partners
- Development of curricula (dual form) and teaching plan for the profession of motor vehicle engineering
- Development of adopted teaching and learning aids
- Preparation of training
- Delivery of Train-the-Trainer courses, provision of guidelines and comments for teachers
- Design of standard examination regulations (based on German regulations for vocational education) and exam procedure
- Improvement, supervision and piloting of examination standards and procedures (interim and final exams)
- Monitoring of vocational training process in two groups of trainees, regular process advice
- Set up of a training workshop (practice centre) for dual VET training, including planning according to standards, equipment planning and provision of a procurement scheme
