Description and Deliverables
Establishment of a new public administration service within the office of the head of state consisting of public reform unit and a personnel management unit as well as establishment of a new public administration school. The technical assistance was aimed to comprehensive capacity strengthening. Within the project, modern interactive curricula for medium and long term staff training of teachers were developed. A larger group of trainees was trained in the fields of market economics, general management, financial management, information technology, legislative drafting, social security, tax administration, personnel management. Additionally, the school as a pilot was equipped with modern training equipment, e.g. computers, video equipment. A language training lab was also provided.
