Description and Deliverables
Strengthening the VET system and introduction of a master craftsman diploma (3 years study for teachers at VET schools). Set up and pilot running of a vocational training centre including curriculum development and training of teachers in five phases including aftercare operations.
- Training centre administration strengthening;
- Curriculum development in the fields of motor vehicle engineering and textile industry;
- Training of trainers;
- Strategy elaboration for medium term school and curricula development and efficiency improvement.
- Curriculum development in the field of agricultural engineering;
- Training of trainers;
- School piloting;
- Institutional improvement: procurement of teaching equipment, set up of laboratories.
- Finalisation of curriculum development;
- School piloting, elaboration of organizational schemes;
- Sustainability concepts for motor vehicle engineering and textile industry VET courses;
- Finalisation of examination standards and procedures according to international know how;
- Set up of the practice workshops as profit centres.
Project coordination and management
Execution of the services as described above, with particular focus on:
- Advice to strengthening vocational training centres
- school management, financial management, including cost calculation
- liaising with secondary education schools in order to prepare students for the vocational training in a most efficient way
- advice on equipment issues, equipment planning support
- set up of the respective assessment and examination standards and procedures
- curricula development, methodology drafting and pilot implementation of new curricula
- providing training of trainers, development of training material and teaching & learning aids
