Support for quality assurance within the national primary and secondary education examination system - Serbia

ABU Consult Berlin as member of an international consortium is currently preparing a bid for the EuropeAid funded “Support for quality assurance within the national primary and secondary education examination system” project in Serbia. The project is envisaged to commence in June 2010 and to have a duration of 2 years.
For our team of experts we are searching for suitably qualified and experienced candidates:
Team Leader and Educational Assessment and Quality Assurance Expert (440 working days)
- Candidates must be able to provide copies of diplomas and copies of employers' reference letters or similar documents proving the accuracy of their CV. This is a mandatory requirement for restricted EuropeAid tenders and these documents have to be included in the bid. Please do not send these documents with your application, you will be asked for them at a later stage.
Qualifications and experience
- University degree
General professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the field of education and training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing international projects
- 2 years of work experience in transition countries and/or pre-accession countries;
- Experience in managing projects funded within the framework of EU programmes;
Specific professional experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in working with government institutions and/or other stakeholders at national level on the issues related to education quality assurance and preferably national examinations system development;
- Experience in developing educational standards and/or curricula;
- Experience in training design and training management;
- Experience related to development of the national qualification frameworks would be an asset.
