EU Logo ABU Consult Berlin, leading a consortium with imc AG (Germany), has been awarded the contract for the "Planning, Delivery and Follow-up of vocational trainings at Siem Reap, Bantey Meanchey and Battambang" project in Cambodia, funded by EuropeAid and part of the ECOSORN project (Economic and Social Relaunch of Northwest Provinces).
The purpose of this contract is the provision of services to plan, implement, deliver and follow-up vocational trainings in Siem Reap, Battambang and Banteay Meanchey Provinces with commune councils and develop economic and employment opportunities for young people and unemployed women in rural areas.

The expected impact of the project is the improvement of the general education system, which is responsive to the needs of a modern market-oriented economy and focused on poorer areas. African Development Bank Logo ABU Consult Berlin as member of an association led by CfBT Education Trust has been awarded the contract for the AfDB funded "Formulation of Legal Framework and Improvement of Management and Governance in the Kenyan TIVET System" project. The purpose of the consultancy is inter alia to develop a strategy to increase access and equity in the TIVET (Technical, industrial, vocational and entrepreneurship training) system, develop a comprehensive legislation for effective co-ordination and harmonization of TIVET activities in Kenya and the establishment of an overall authority with sufficient legal mandate to oversee and guide provision of TIVET programmes in the whole country.
