Decentralisation and reorganisation of the Croatian Employment Service (CES)

ABU Consult as member of a consortium led by Diadikasia (Greece) has been awarded the contract for the Decentralisation and reorganisation of the Croatian Employment Service (CES) project, funded by EuropeAid.
The overall objective is to implement a decentralisation and public administration reform process at the CES in order to achieve a greater match between labour market needs and supply.

ABU Consult has been awarded the contract for the Education Regulatory Reform and Governance for Decentralization project, funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The broad goal will be to assist the design of forward education reform plans and programs within the Education Strategic Plan (ESP) and Education Sector Support Program (ESSP) that will enable poverty reduction through improved strategies and plans for better governance and management at provincial, commune and institutional levels.

ABU Consult as member of a consortium led by IFOA (Italy) has been awarded the contract for the Technical Assistance to VET Providers Working with Palestinian Refugees in Lebanon project, funded by EuropeAid.
The specific objective of the project is to increase employability of young Palestinian refugees. It has three fields of action: Upgrading and expanding of VET delivery, modernisation of counselling and placement services and reinforcement of Palestinian students’ access to higher education.

ABU Consult has been awarded the contract for the Government Financial Management Project: System Study within the Afghan Public Administration Capacity Building Project 3 (PACBP3). It is funded by the International Development Association (IDA), a part of the World Bank Group.
The objective of the assignment is to undertake a study to define and describe the core public financial management business processes to achieve good budgetary outcomes and to specify the overall user functional and technical requirements for an integrated financial management system (AFMIS) to support these business processes which is to be implemented in the mid-term (5-10 years).
